1. General Principles

When using Milo AI, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Act in good faith and with honesty
• Not interfere with other users' ability to use the Service

2. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use Milo AI to create, upload, or distribute content that:

2.1 Illegal Content

• Violates any local, state, national, or international law
• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Facilitates fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

2.2 Harmful Content

• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Promotes violence or threatens harm to individuals or groups
• Contains or promotes child exploitation or abuse
• Glorifies self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide

2.3 Inappropriate Content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
• Excessively violent or gory imagery
• Content designed to shock or disturb

2.4 Deceptive Content

• Impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations
• Counterfeit goods or trademark infringement
• Misleading claims about products or services
• Fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements

2.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Unauthorized use of logos, characters, or brand assets
• Copying designs from other artists without permission

3. Platform-Specific Guidelines

3.1 Print-on-Demand Content

When creating designs for print-on-demand products, you must ensure:

• Designs do not infringe on trademarks (including sports teams, universities, brands)
• No use of celebrity names, likenesses, or personas without authorization
• No copyrighted characters, logos, or artwork
• Compliance with platform-specific content policies (Printify, Shopify, etc.)

3.2 E-commerce Listings

Product listings must:

• Accurately describe the product
• Not make false or unsubstantiated claims
• Comply with advertising laws and FTC guidelines
• Include required disclosures where applicable

4. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

4.1 Security Violations

• Attempt to access accounts or data that don't belong to you
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Bypass or circumvent security measures
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code

4.2 Service Abuse

• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Generate excessive requests that burden our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans

4.3 AI Misuse

• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer AI models
• Use AI to generate spam or mass content for manipulation
• Generate content designed to deceive people about its AI origin
• Use AI outputs for malicious purposes

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to:

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or disable access to violating content
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy

• Temporary Suspension: For repeated or moderate violations
• Permanent Ban: For severe or repeated violations
